Once I had my shaped piece of MDF I covered it in 0.5mm pieces of styrene. I made sure that the styrene was longer then the MDF so I would have somewhere to put the windows.

I started off by cutting a Piece of MDF to the correct measurements and then sanded back the angles on the front using the disc sander.
